Building a Foundation for Great Work Relationships
Presented by Lori Ruth and Britney Guertin

Great work relationships make your job more enjoyable, productive and engaging. In this presentation, we will discuss why it’s important – and how impactful it is – to have good relationships. We’ll see what a good relationship is founded on, and we’ll look at how you can build strong, positive relationships in the workplace.

Finding Your Work Balance and Bliss
Presented by Erik Hanson and Kristi Hoskinson

From finding your work bliss, navigating various leadership styles, or finding a work-life balance, this session will help you identify trends and tips to successfully navigate the work environment.

Your Workplace Value
Presented by Matthew Kopfhamer and Heather Kasten

How do you showcase your value in the workplace to ensure that you stand out from the crowd? This session will focus on how to distinguish yourself as a leader and which things are worthwhile to focus on that may be related or unrelated to your job description.
